SUPPER
*All Suppers come with your choice of drinks

  • Roasted Hot Dogs with all the fix'ns, baked beans, potato salad and chips
  • Grilled Juicy Hamburgers with all the fix'ns with baked beans, potato salad and chips
  • "Pocket Stew" made with a juicy hamburger patty and your choice of fresh vegetables, potato slices and spices in a foil pack cooked over the fire. A Camp fire classic!
  • Grilled Portabella Mushroom Burgers with all the fix'ns, baked beans, potato salad and chips
  • Spaghetti with delicious Marinara sauce (with hamburger, sausage or vegetables), salad with your choice of dressing
  • Grilled Chicken with herbs and spices or with BBQ sauce, salad with your choice of dressings and potato salad
  • Fajitas- Fresh sweet onions, crisp red peppers and portabella mushrooms seasoned and cooked over the fire with or without chicken garnished with your choice of sour cream, guacamole and salsa
  • Homemade Chili with cornbread (with or without meat) made in a Dutch Oven topped with cheddar cheese and sour cream
  • “Pan fried” Ribeye Steak (add $10/per person), salad with your choice of dressing, with baked beans and rolls
  • Grilled Salmon Steak (add $10/per person), salad with your choice of dressing, with baked beans and rolls
  • Grilled Tilapia (add $5/per person), salad with your choice of dressing, with baked beans and rolls
CAMP FIRE DESSERTS
  • “Campers Choice” S'MORES -roasted marshmallows nestled on a bed of chocolate squeezed between two graham crackers
  • Roasted Marshmallows
  • "Doughboys" a campfire favorite! Made by wrapping a refrigerator biscuit around a stick and roasting it over the fire. Then you pull it off and fill it up with butter and jelly or peanut butter
  • Tortilla Chips with Salsa, guacamole and sour cream
